Medical SEO services, with prices published up front
Most medical SEO services are sold behind a “request a quote” form. clinic.coach publishes prices instead, because a 1–5 location practice owner should be able to find out what something costs without booking a sales call first. This page describes exactly what our medical SEO services include, what they cost, and how delivery works.
What “medical SEO services” means here
Our medical SEO services are built around a single mechanic: a written, competitor-benchmarked Practice Visibility Report that identifies specific gaps, followed by done-for-you monthly work to close them. It is not software you log into and operate yourself, and it is not open-ended agency hours billed unpredictably. Every tier below has a fixed scope and a fixed price.
The report: where every engagement starts
| Free report | $149 deep audit | |
|---|---|---|
| Turnaround | 2 business days | 3–5 business days |
| Covers | GBP completeness, reviews (volume/rating/recency/response), local presence, website basics | Everything in the free report, expanded |
| Competitor benchmark | Up to 3 nearby practices | Expanded local set with narrative |
| Format | Scorecard + short gap list | Full write-up + recommended 90-day sequence |
| Call | — | Optional walkthrough |
The report is prepared by a person from publicly available information — your Google Business Profile, public review pages, and your website. There is no automated instant-score tool on this page; we are direct about that because we would rather be accurate than imply something faster and more automated than what we actually deliver.

What’s actually included in “GBP optimization”
Because “SEO services” can mean almost anything depending on the vendor, here is the specific work behind that line item on Coach and above: category and services accuracy review, hours and attribute updates, photo upload guidance or done-for-you uploads where access allows, and a written change list whenever direct access to your profile is not granted. We do not require you to hand over ownership of your Google Business Profile — a change list you approve and apply yourself is a valid alternative.
What’s included in “review response drafting” — and what is not
Reviews are drafted using AI assistance and always require your approval before anything is posted publicly on Coach. This is deliberate: a public reply from a healthcare provider to a patient carries real weight, and an unreviewed automated reply is a risk we are not willing to create for clients. On Practice Partner, we post replies under your standing approval rules with a 24-hour target — never fully unattended.
What our medical SEO services do not include
- No guaranteed rankings or guaranteed new-patient volume — no vendor can honestly promise either.
- No fully automated review replies with zero human involvement.
- No fabricated testimonials, client counts, or case studies to sell you on the service — this page has none, deliberately.
- No enterprise “reputation management software” you have to learn to operate. We do the work; you do not get a dashboard to babysit.
- No bundled EHR, phone system, or billing tool changes. This is marketing presence and content work on public channels.
Who this is for
- Independent primary care, specialty, and multi-location medical groups with 1–5 locations.
- Practices that already have a website and a claimed Google Business Profile, but no dedicated marketing staff to maintain either.
- Groups evaluating whether existing marketing spend is producing anything measurable.
It is not built for hospital systems or enterprise procurement — that market is served by different vendors with different pricing models entirely.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you publish prices when most medical SEO services companies don’t? Because gating pricing behind a sales call is a friction point for a busy practice owner, and it is one of the most consistent complaints we hear about the industry. Our packages are listed here and on pricing; if a package changes, the page changes.
Is this an agency or software? Neither in the conventional sense. It is a productized monthly service — fixed packages, fixed prices, written deliverables — rather than open-ended agency hours or a dashboard you operate yourself.
What if we already have a website vendor? Coach and above bundle a ClinicSite website (Pro, Platinum, or Elite depending on tier) so the website work rides inside the retainer rather than becoming a second purchase decision. If you prefer to keep your existing site, the retainer’s SEO, GBP, and review work still applies to it — the bundled website is included, not mandatory.
Do you work with multi-location groups larger than 5 locations? Our packages are built and priced for 1–5 locations. Above that, procurement and account-management needs typically change enough that a different engagement model makes more sense — reach out and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
How to start
- Request the free Practice Visibility Report — practice name, city, website.
- Review the gap list with your office manager or partners.
- If it is worth closing the gaps, start with Coach. Move to Growth or Practice Partner only when the monthly cadence is genuinely useful, not because a sales deck says so.
